Usage Overview: The Ev2 Plate bearing test set serves the purpose of measuring the settlement value of subgrade under static load, allowing for the evaluation of subgrade bearing capacity and deformation. This versatile system finds application in monitoring and assessing the construction quality of various infrastructure projects, including railways, highways, airports, urban traffic systems, ports, wharves, and industrial and civil buildings subject to static loads.
Following the initial loading and unloading of the ground by the circular bearing plate and loading device, a second loading phase is executed. The system calculates the deformation modulus Ev2 and Ev2/Ev1 values based on the stress measured under the bearing plate and the corresponding central settlement value S of the bearing plate.
